A portion of the proceeds from the event will go directly to benefit Downtown Cleveland Alliance.

Downtown Cleveland Alliance works hand-in-hand with Downtown stakeholders to enhance the quality of life in NEO’s urban core by implementing initiatives like the Clean & Safe Program, economic development assistance, marketing & special events, advocacy and strategic projects.

Downtown Cleveland Alliance has served ten years as the only organization focused exclusively on making Downtown Cleveland the region’s most compelling place to live, work and play. As an Alliance, DCA does not work alone. DCA works with many allies—property owners, neighborhood partners, public officials, residents, commercial real estate professionals, business leaders, entrepreneurs, young professionals, foundations and other civic leaders—to advance Downtown’s growth and development. As the logo illustrates, DCA acts as the thought leader, strategist, tactician, convener, connector and advocate that works to put together the puzzle pieces of a strong, vibrant Downtown.

DCA is making Cleveland a great place to live, work and play:

2016 accomplishments

  • Housing: Downtown’s residential population increased to more than 14,000 while maintaining annual residential occupancy of 95 percent for a sixth consecutive year
  • Office: 70 employers leased 1,213,141 square feet of office space with 6,932 jobs created or retained in Downtown
  • Retail: A variety of homegrown, local retail locations of Monica Potter Home, J3 Clothing, and Cleveland Clinic Express Care opened Downtown outposts
  • Hospitality: Downtown added 1,000 hotel rooms to the market to feed the growing tourism industry
